Chers parents,

Un  courrier d’adhésion/inscription au transport scolaire UPMD  22022-2023 vous a été envoyé il y a quelques jours via le LFI Duras.  A titre informatif, nous souhaitons partager avec vous les détails de finalisation de cet appel d’offres.

• Octobre – Décembre 2022 :  Rédaction du cahier des charges de l’appel d’offres
• 16 Janvier 2023 : Envoi des documents de l’appel d’offres transport 23-26 à 5 compagnies de transport :

            • Red River
            • MH Corp
            • Logitem Vietnam 

• 28 Février 2023 : Date butoir de remise des dossiers de candidature

• • • • • • • MNH/SBS : a envoyé son dossier de candidature d’appel d’offres
            • MH Corp : n’a pas envoyé le dossier de candidature d’appel d’offres, malgré 2 relances.
            • Green Leaf Vietnam n’a pas envoyé le dossier de candidature d’appel d’offres, malgré 2 relances.
            • Red river : a refusé de participer à l’appel d offres
            • Logitem Vietnam : a refusé de participer à l’appel d’offres

À noter qu’après avoir été reçue en réunion par la commission transport UPMD sur le site du LFI Duras et après avoir confirmé sa participation à l’appel d’offres, la compagnie Green Leaf Vietnam a finalement fait part, le jour même de la deadline, de son souhait de ne pas participer.

SBS reste donc la seule société ayant envoyé son dossier, avec une proposition tarifaire à 19 M vnd/an pour 2023-2024 : proposition négociée  à 18,5 M vnd pour 23-24 par la commission transport UPMD, ce qui représente une hausse d’environ 10% par rapport au tarif 2022-23.

Cette augmentation se justifie par :

            • Augmentation du salaire minimum des employés
            • Renouvellement d’une partie du parc de bus
            • Emploi direct de chauffeurs (nouveaux salariés).

Le 28 Mars 2023, le Conseil d’Administration UPMD a voté POUR l’attribution du marché à  SBS et le tarif négocié pour 2023-2024. 

Comme annoncé dans le courrier précédent, nous vous informons que la campagne UPMD 2023-2024 d’adhésion/inscription au transport scolaire SBS débutera le 

07 Avril 2023 et se clôturera le 30 juin 2023

Cần lưu ý rằng sau khi được ủy ban vận tải UPMD tiếp đón tại địa điểm LFI Duras trong cuộc họp và sau khi xác nhận tham gia đấu thầu, công ty Green Leaf Vietnam cuối cùng đã thông báo, vào chính ngày hết hạn, mong muốn của nó không tham gia.

SBS vẫn là công ty duy nhất gửi hồ sơ đề xuất mức thuế 19 triệu đồng/năm cho 2023-2024: đề xuất được ủy ban vận tải UPMD đàm phán ở mức 18,5 triệu đồng cho 23-24, thể hiện mức tăng khoảng 10% so với biểu giá 2022-23.

Sự gia tăng này được chứng minh bởi:

• • • • • • • Tăng giá xăng dầu
            • Tăng lương tối thiểu cho người lao động
            • Đổi mới một phần đội xe buýt
            • Tuyển dụng trực tiếp tài xế (nhân viên mới)

Vào ngày 28 tháng 3 năm 2023, Hội đồng quản trị UPMD đã bỏ phiếu CHO việc trao hợp đồng cho SBS và giá vé thương lượng cho ngày 23-24.

Như đã thông báo trong thư trước, chúng tôi muốn thông báo với bạn rằng chiến dịch UPMD 2023-2024 để tham gia/ghi danh vào dịch vụ vận chuyển trường học của SBS sẽ bắt đầu vào ngày

07 tháng 4 năm 2023 và sẽ kết thúc vào ngày 30 tháng 6 năm 2023

A membership/registration letter for UPMD 22022-2023 school transport service was sent to you a few days ago via LFI Duras.

For your information, we would like to share with you the details of the finalization of the tender.

• October – December 2022: Drafting of the tender specifications

• 16 January 2023: Sending the tender documents for transport 23-26 to 5 transport companies:

It should be noted that after having been received in a meeting by the UPMD transport commission on the LFI Duras site and after having confirmed its participation in the call for tenders, the company Green Leaf Vietnam finally announced, on the very day of the deadline, its wish not to participate.

SBS remains the only company to have sent in its file, with a tariff proposal of 19 M vnd/year for 2023-2024: proposal negotiated at 18.5 M vnd for 23-24 by the UPMD transport commission, which represents an increase of about 10% compared to the 2022-23 tariff.

This increase is justified by:

            • Increase in the minimum wage for employees
            • Renewal of part of the bus fleet
            • Direct employment of drivers (new employees).

On 28 March 2023, the UPMD Board voted FOR the award of the contract to SBS and the negotiated fare for 23-24.

As announced in the previous letter, we would like to inform you that the UPMD 2023-2024 campaign to join/enroll in the SBS school transport service will start on

07 April 2023 and will end on 30 June 2023
