CLUB DE FOOT UPMD – UNE SAISON 2024 /2025 EXTRAORDINAIRE
Cette année, à la demande de nombreuses familles et de l’ensemble des enfants, Le CLUB DE FOOT DE L’UPMD va monter en niveau !! C’est avec plaisir et fierté, que les parents bénévoles vous annoncent toutes les principales améliorations pour permettre aux enfants de prendre le maximum de plaisir :
• Tous les entraînements se feront dorénavant au Magnifique Parc Sportif du MANSION CLUB FOOTBALL.
• Les primaires pourront enfin adhérer au Club et bénéficier d’un entraînement dédié en semaine à 16H30
• Le nombre d’entraînement proposés par le club sur l’année passe de 28 à 98
• Avec jusqu’à 2 entraînements par semaine pour chaque enfant. 1 en semaine et 1 le Samedi matin
• Au total, suivant les niveaux, c’est 3H30 de training Foot et 30 min de renforcement musculaire et cardio, par semaine.
• Renforcement des entraînements filles.
• Une partie de la session du samedi dédié aux gardiens de but
• Augmentation du nombre de match amicaux
• Participation à plusieurs Tournois dans l’année
• La participation à une League est en préparation

Le Head Coach Pierre et les Coachs Jospin et Mathiew seront plus que jamais dévoués à nos enfants pour passer encore une saison extraordinaire !
1 – Détails Généraux :
Grâce à l’ensemble du bénévolat des parents de l’UPMD, les frais annuels d’inscription sont seulement de 9 000 000 vnd par enfant :
Inclus dans les frais d’inscription :
• Tous les frais et équipements d’entraînement
• 2 Tenues de foot ( chaussettes, short, Maillot ) de 2 couleurs différentes
Non inclu dans les frais d’inscription :
• Participation aux matchs amicaux : 50 000 VND par enfant, par match
• Participation aux Tournois, Leagues : tarif en fonctions des tournois
• Habits Sportswear aux couleurs du Club, à commander en supplément

3 – Conditions OBLIGATOIRES pour pouvoir participer à l’activité Foot du Samedi :
• Être à jour de sa cotisation UPMD 2024-2025 (votre N° d’adhérent vous sera demandé)
• Avoir payé les frais d’inscription à l’activité
• Avoir rempli le formulaire d’inscription avec le lien suivant : – Formulaire d’inscription –
Attention, un formulaire d’inscription est à remplir pour chaque enfant.
• Avoir renvoyé à foot@upmd.fr la décharge de responsabilité civile pour votre enfant complétée et signée et téléchargeable avec le lien suivant : – Décharge de responsabilité –
4 – Paiement (paiements en espèces uniquement) :
Une enveloppe fermée avec à l’intérieur :
• Le nom, le prénom et la classe de l’enfant (ex 6C, 2A)
• Votre N° d’adhérent UPMD 2024-25
• La somme exacte de 9 000 000 vnd par enfant
Remise de l’enveloppe : 3 possibilités
• Dépôt de l’enveloppe au bureau de L’UPMD aux jours et heures de permanence.
• Remise de l’enveloppe à M. Onana
• Remise de l’enveloppe sur le terrain le samedi
Date limite du paiement : 25 septembre 2024
Une inscription ne sera considérée comme valide qu’à la condition que les consignes énumérées ci-dessus soient scrupuleusement respectées.

Attention :
L’activité foot du samedi UPMD est totalement indépendante des activités sportives UNSS organisées par le LFI Duras et l’AEFE. La licence UNSS est obligatoire pour participer aux rencontres sportives organisées dans le cadre des compétitions programmées par l’école et l’AEFE.
L’UPMD n’est donc pas responsable de l’organisation de ces compétitions.

CLB BÓNG ĐÁ UPMD – MỘT MÙA GIẢI 2024/2025 TUYỆT VỜI
Năm nay, theo yêu cầu của nhiều gia đình và tất cả các em nhỏ, CLB BÓNG ĐÁ UPMD sẽ nâng cao trình độ!! Với niềm vui và tự hào, các bậc phụ huynh tình nguyện xin thông báo tất cả những cải tiến chính nhằm giúp các em có thể tận hưởng niềm vui tối đa:
Tất cả các buổi tập luyện sẽ được tổ chức tại địa điểm tuyệt vời từ nay trở đi :
• Parc Sportif du MANSION CLUB FOOTBALL
• Các học sinh của Trường Tiểu học cuối cùng cũng có thể tham gia Câu lạc bộ và được hưởng lợi từ buổi tập luyện riêng vào các ngày trong tuần lúc 16h30.
• Số lượng buổi tập luyện mà câu lạc bộ cung cấp trong năm sẽ tăng từ 28 lên 98.
• Mỗi em sẽ có đến 2 buổi tập luyện mỗi tuần.
• Một buổi vào các ngày trong tuần và một buổi vào sáng thứ Bảy.
• Tổng cộng, tùy theo trình độ, mỗi tuần sẽ có 3 giờ 30 phút tập luyện bóng đá và 30 phút rèn luyện cơ bắp và tim mạch.
• Tăng cường các buổi tập luyện cho các bé gái.
• Một phần buổi tập luyện vào thứ Bảy sẽ dành riêng cho các thủ môn.
• Tăng số lượng trận đấu giao hữu. Tham gia nhiều giải đấu trong năm.
• Việc tham gia một giải đấu đang được chuẩn bị.
Và nhiều điều bất ngờ khác…
Huấn luyện viên trưởng Pierre và các huấn luyện viên Jospin và Mathew sẽ tận tâm hơn bao giờ hết với các em để có một mùa giải tuyệt vời nữa!
1 – Thông tin Chung:
Nhờ sự hỗ trợ của các bậc phụ huynh tình nguyện của UPMD, phí đăng ký hàng năm chỉ là 9.000.000 VND mỗi em:
Bao gồm trong phí đăng ký:
• Tất cả các chi phí và thiết bị tập luyện.
• 2 bộ đồ đá bóng (vớ, quần, áo) với 2 màu khác nhau.
Không bao gồm trong phí đăng ký:
• Tham gia các trận đấu giao hữu: 50.000 VND mỗi em, mỗi trận.
• Tham gia các giải đấu, các giải League: phí tùy thuộc vào từng giải.
• Trang phục thể thao của Câu lạc bộ, có thể đặt mua thêm.
Ngày mở đầu đợt đăng ký: 4 tháng 9 năm 2024.
Ngày kết thúc đợt đăng ký: 25 tháng 9 năm 2024 lúc nửa đêm.

Lưu ý, cần phải điền một mẫu đăng ký cho mỗi em
• Đã gửi lại cho foot@upmd.fr bản cam kết trách nhiệm dân sự cho con bạn đã được điền đầy đủ và ký tên, có thể tải về qua liên kết sau : – Cam kết trách nhiệm –
4 -Thanh toán (chỉ chấp nhận thanh toán bằng tiền mặt):
Một phong bì kín với bên trong:
• Tên, họ và lớp của con (ví dụ: 6C, 2A)
• Số hội viên UPMD 2024-25 của bạn
• Số tiền chính xác là 9.000.000 VND mỗi em
Nộp phong bì: 3 tùy chọn
• Gửi phong bì tại văn phòng của UPMD vào các ngày và giờ làm việc.
• Nộp phong bì cho ông Onana.
• Nộp phong bì tại sân tập vào ngày thứ Bảy
Hạn chót thanh toán: 25 tháng 9 năm 2024
Một đơn đăng ký chỉ được coi là hợp lệ khi tất cả các yêu cầu nêu trên được tuân thủ một cách nghiêm ngặt.

Khi xuất trình giấy chứng nhận học bổng (năm 2024-2025) do lãnh sự quán Pháp tại TP.HCM cấp, phí đăng ký cho con của bạn sẽ được UPMD chi trả theo mức học bổng được cấp.
Lưu ý:
Hoạt động bóng đá của UPMD vào thứ Bảy hoàn toàn độc lập với các hoạt động thể thao UNSS do LFI Duras và AEFE tổ chức. Giấy phép UNSS là bắt buộc để tham gia các cuộc thi thể thao được tổ chức trong khuôn khổ các giải đấu do trường học và AEFE lập kế hoạch.
Do đó, UPMD không chịu trách nhiệm về việc tổ chức các giải đấu này.

UPMD FOOTBALL CLUB – AN EXTRAORDINARY 2024/2025 SEASON
This year, at the request of many families and all children, the UPMD FOOTBALL CLUB will move up a level!! It is with pleasure and pride that the parent volunteers announce all the main improvements to allow the children to have the maximum fun:
• All training will now take place at the Magnifique
• Parc Sportif du MANSION CLUB FOOTBALL
• Primary school children will finally be able to join the Club and benefit from dedicated training during the week at 4:30 p.m.
• The number of training sessions offered by the club over the year increases from 28 to 98
• With up to 2 training sessions per week for each child. 1 during the week and 1 on Saturday morning
• In total, depending on the level, it is 3.5 hours of football training and 30 minutes of muscle strengthening and cardio, per week.
• Strengthening of girls’ training sessions.
• Part of the Saturday session dedicated to goalkeepers
• Increase in the number of friendly matches
• Participation in several tournaments during the year
• Participation in a League is in preparation

Scholarship member families, make yourself known!
Upon presentation of your scholarship certificate (year 2024-2025) issued by the French consulate in HCMC, the registration fees for your child(ren) will be covered by UPMD based on the scholarship portion awarded.
Please note:
The UPMD Saturday football activity is completely independent of the UNSS sports activities organized by the LFI Duras and the AEFE. The UNSS license is mandatory to participate in sports meetings organized as part of the competitions scheduled by the school and the AEFE.
The UPMD is therefore not responsible for the organization of these competitions.
