au CONSEIL D’ÉCOLE PRIMAIRE

Chers parents d’élèves scolarisés à l’école primaire,
L’année scolaire 2024-2025 vient de commencer dans de bonnes conditions et nous nous en félicitons !
Cette nouvelle année scolaire qui démarre est aussi l’occasion pour vous, parents d’enfants scolarisés à l’école primaire, de présenter ou de renouveler votre candidature à l’élection des représentants des parents d’élèves au Conseil d’École qui aura lieu en octobre. Vous recevrez prochainement une information de l’école à ce sujet.
Le Conseil d’école est une instance importante où des décisions sont prises concernant notamment l’organisation de l’école ou encore le projet d’école. Il est composé de la direction de l’établissement, des personnels de l’école et de représentants des parents d’élèves (15 représentants titulaires et 15 représentants suppléants).
- 3 réunions dans l’année, (une réunion par trimestre), d’une durée moyenne de 2 heures (en général de 14h15 à 16h15)
En tant qu’association de parents d’élèves officiellement représentée au LFIDuras, il revient à l’UPMD de vous inviter à faire acte de candidature pour siéger dans cette instance où les parents ont toute leur place.

Pour ce faire, merci de trouver ICI un formulaire de candidature que vous voudrez bien télécharger, compléter, signer et nous retourner à contact@upmd.fr avec sec.primaire@lfiduras.com en copie.
Note aux parents candidats à l’élection : Les réunions du Conseil d’école sont menées en langue française uniquement.

Năm học 2024-2025 vừa mới bắt đầu trong điều kiện thuận lợi và chúng tôi rất vui mừng!
Năm học mới sắp bắt đầu này cũng là cơ hội để phụ huynh có con đang học tiểu học nộp hoặc gia hạn đơn đăng ký bầu đại diện phụ huynh vào Hội đồng trường sẽ diễn ra vào tháng 10. Thông tin về nó sẽ được nhà trường gửi đến bạn rất sớm.
Hội đồng trường là cơ quan quan trọng đưa ra các quyết định liên quan đến tổ chức trường học hoặc dự án trường học.
Nó bao gồm ban giám hiệu nhà trường, nhân viên nhà trường và đại diện phụ huynh (15 đại diện chính thức và 15 đại diện thay thế).
- 3 cuộc họp mỗi năm (một cuộc họp mỗi quý), với thời lượng trung bình là 2 giờ (thường từ 2:15 chiều đến 4:15 chiều)
Với tư cách là hiệp hội phụ huynh được đại diện chính thức tại LFIDuras, UPMD có quyền mời bạn đăng ký tham gia Hội đồng này, nơi phụ huynh có vai trò của họ.

ELECTION of PARENT REPRESENTATIVES
to the PRIMARY SCHOOL BOARD

Dear parents of primary school students,
The 2024-2025 school year has just started in good conditions and we are delighted!
This new school year which is starting is also an opportunity for you, parents of children attending primary school, to present or renew your application for the election of parents’ representatives to the School Council which will take place in October. Information about it will be sent to you by the school very soon.
The School Council is an important body where decisions are made concerning the school organization or the school project.
It is made up of the school management, school staff and parents’ representatives (15 full representatives and 15 substitute representatives).
- 3 meetings per year (one meeting per quarter), with an average duration of 2 hours (generally from 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.)
As a parent association officially represented at LFIDuras, it is up to UPMD to invite you to apply to be part of this body where parents have their place.
Deadline: Monday October 2, 2024.
