FOURNITURES SCOLAIRES

Chers Parents,

Les parents volontaires de l’UPMD animent une permanence au bureau de l’UPMD – à côté de l’infirmerie – à l’école, et mettent à dispositions des adhérents certaines fournitures scolaires.

⚠ IMPORTANT

1 – Les fournitures gérées par l’UPMD sont destinées aux adhérents uniquement*.
2 – Merci alors de venir avec votre carte de Bus SBS ou votre numéro d’adhérent UPMD.
3 – Venez chercher vos fournitures au bureau dans les heures d’ouverture ci-dessous avec l’argent en cash (faire l’appoint) et un sac.

* Si vous n’êtes pas adhérent à l’UPMD : merci d’adhérer avant d’envoyer une pré-commande.

Procédure de Pré-commande

1 – Les pré-commandes doivent être envoyées par email le jour précédent afin d’être traitées à temps.
2 – Remplissez le bon de commande (lien ci-dessous) informatiquement Excel – pas à la main.
3 – Renvoyez le par e mail en format Excel ( non PDF) à : fournitures.scolaires@upmd.fr
4 – Venez chercher vos fournitures au bureau dans les heures d’ouverture ci-dessus avec l’argent en cash et un sac.

Calendrier des permanences

La vente des fournitures a lieu au bureau de l’UPMD – à côté de l’infirmerie – à l’école.

OCTOBRE 2024 : La fréquence des permanences sera ré-évaluée (1-2 jours), selon les besoins.

Rappels :
Nous ne fournissons pas de sacs donc il est nécessaire d’apporter le vôtre.
Merci de préparer l’appoint en cash correspondant au montant de votre commande, nos ressources en petites monnaies sont très limitées. Merci pour votre compréhension.

Các  phụ huynh tình nguyện của UPMD điều hành một phòng làm việc – cạnh bệnh xá – tại trường học, cung cấp cho các thành viên UPMD một số đồ dùng học tập.

⚠ QUAN TRỌNG

1 – Đồ dùng học tập do UPMD quản lý chỉ dành cho thành viên*.
2 – Vui lòng mang theo thẻ SBS Bus hoặc số thành viên UPMD của bạn.
3 – Hãy đến nhận đồ dùng của bạn tại văn phòng trong giờ mở cửa ở trên bằng tiền mặt (số tiền chính xác) và túi xách.

* Nếu bạn không phải là thành viên UPMD: vui lòng tham gia trước khi gửi đơn đặt hàng trước.

Đặt hàng trước – Quy trình thực hiện

1 – Đơn đặt hàng phải được gửi qua email vào ngày hôm trước để được xử lý đúng thời gian.
2 – Hoàn thành mẫu đơn đặt hàng (đường dẫn bên dưới) bằng máy tính Excel – không phải bằng tay.
3 – Gửi qua e-mail ở định dạng Excel (không phải PDF) tới: fournitures.scolaires@upmd.fr
4 – Hãy đến nhận đồ dùng của bạn tại văn phòng trong giờ mở cửa nêu trên bằng tiền mặt và túi xách.

Lịch mua đồ dùng học tập

Việc bán vật tư diễn ra tại văn phòng UPMD – cạnh bệnh xá – tại trường học.

THÁNG 10 / 2024 : Tần suất sử dụng đường dây nóng sẽ được đánh giá lại nếu cần thiết.

Nhắc nhở:
Chúng tôi không cung cấp túi nên bạn cần tự mang theo.
Vui lòng chuẩn bị thêm tiền mặt tương ứng với số tiền đặt hàng của bạn, tài nguyên của chúng tôi trong tiền lẻ nhỏ bị hạn rất chế!

SCHOOL SUPPLIES

Dear Parents,

UPMD parent volunteers run a “permanence” at the UPMD office – next to the infirmary – at the school, and provide UPMD members with certain school supplies.

⚠ IMPORTANT

1 – Supplies managed by UPMD are intended for members only*.
2 – Please come with your SBS Bus card or your UPMD membership number.
3 – Come pick up your supplies at the office during the above opening hours with cash (please arrange exact change) and a bag.

* If you are not a UPMD member: please join before sending a pre-order.

Pre-order Procedure

1 – Pre-orders must be sent by email the previous day in order to be processed on time.
2 – Complete the order form (link below) using Excel – not by hand.
3 – Send it back by email in Excel format (not PDF) to: fournitures.scolaires@upmd.fr
4 – Come pick up your supplies at the office during the opening hours above with cash and a bag.

Schedule
