L’UPMD met à la disposition des étudiants du Lycée Français International les fournitures scolaires qui ne sont pas vendus dans les librairies au Vietnam.

Les étudiants et leurs parents peuvent venir acheter leurs fournitures tout au long de l’année scolaire au Bureau des Associations (entre la comptabilité et l’infirmerie) se trouvant au Lycée Français International Marguerite Duras.

Du Mercredi 06 Sept– Vendredi 08 Sept : Seules les pré-commandes sont traitées
– Mercredi 06 Sept : 08h –14H
– Jeudi 07 Sept : 08h – 14H
– Vendredi 08 Sept : 08h – 16H

Du Lundi 11 Sept – Vendredi 15 Sept : tous les jours 08h–14H vente directe sans pré-commande.
Merci alors de venir avec votre carte de Bus SBS ou votre numéro d’adhérent UPMD.
Les fournitures gérées par l’UPMD sont destinées aux adhérents uniquement .
Venez chercher vos fournitures au bureau dans les heures d’ouverture ci-dessus avec l’argent en cash et un sac .

Par la suite, en Septembre, les permanences pour la vente des fournitures aura lieu 2 fois par semaine:
– Mercredi 20 Sept : 08h –14H
– Vendredi 22 Sept : 08h – 14H
– Mercredi 27 Sept : 08h –14H
– Vendredi 29 Sept : 08h – 14H

La fréquence des permanences sera ré-évaluée en Octobre, selon les besoins.

UPMD tổ chức các đồ dùng học tập không được bán trong các hiệu sách ở Việt Nam.

Học sinh và phụ huynh của họ có thể đến và mua đồ dùng học tập của họ trong suốt năm học tại văn phòng của hiệp hội (nằm giữa Phòng Kế toán và bệnh xá).

Từ Thứ Tư ngày 06 tháng 9– Thứ Sáu ngày 08 tháng 9: Chỉ xử lý các đơn đặt hàng trước
– Thứ Tư ngày 06/09: 08:00 – 14:00
– Thứ năm ngày 07/09: 08h – 14h
– Thứ Sáu ngày 8 tháng 9: 8 giờ sáng – 4 giờ chiều

Từ Thứ Hai ngày 11 tháng 9 – Thứ Sáu ngày 15 tháng 9: hàng ngày 8 giờ sáng – 2 giờ chiều bán hàng trực tiếp không cần đặt hàng trước.
Vui lòng mang theo thẻ SBS Bus hoặc số thành viên UPMD của bạn.
Nguồn cung cấp do UPMD quản lý chỉ dành cho thành viên.
Hãy đến nhận đồ dùng của bạn tại văn phòng trong giờ mở cửa ở trên bằng tiền mặt và túi xách.

Tiếp đó, trong tháng 9, các đường dây nóng bán vật tư sẽ diễn ra 2 lần/tuần:
– Thứ Tư ngày 20 tháng 9: 8 giờ sáng – 2 giờ chiều
– Thứ Sáu ngày 22 tháng 9: 8 giờ sáng – 2 giờ chiều
– Thứ Tư ngày 27 tháng 9: 8 giờ sáng – 2 giờ chiều

Tần suất sử dụng đường dây nóng sẽ được đánh giá lại vào tháng 10 nếu cần thiết.

Không thể thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng. Vui lòng thanh toán bằng tiền mặt với đơn đặt hàng của bạn.

UPMD organises school supplies that are not sold in bookstores in Vietnam.

Students and their parents can come and buy their school supplies throughout the school year at the association’s office (located between the Accounting Dept. and the infirmary).

From Wednesday 06 September– Friday 08 September: Only pre-orders are processed
– Wednesday 6 September : 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
– Thursday 7 September : 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
– Friday 8 September : 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

From Monday September 11 – Friday September 15: every day 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. direct sales without pre-order.
Please come with your SBS Bus card or your UPMD membership number.
Supplies managed by UPMD are intended for members only.
Come pick up your supplies at the office during the above opening hours with cash and a bag.

Subsequently, in September, the Direct sale of supplies will take place twice a week:
– Wednesday, Sept 20: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
– Friday Sept 22: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
– Wednesday Sept 27: 08:00 – 14:00
– Friday Sept 29: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The frequency of hotlines/ permanence will be re-evaluated in October, as needed.
