Communication de la direction : Modalités générales de l’enseignement à distance

Chers parents,

 

Nous souhaitons vous informer des modalités générales en ce qui concerne l’enseignement à distance que nous mettons en place.

 

Pour le 1er degré :

La continuité pédagogique est uniformisée par niveau, à savoir :

  • Des temps synchrones, c’est-à-dire des rendez-vous ZOOM tous les jours pour les classes du CP au CM2 et 2 fois par semaine pour les maternelle.
  • Des temps asynchrones, c’est-à-dire du travail en autonomie transmis via EDUCARTABLE, tous les jours.

 

Chaque enseignant transmettra aux parents ses modalités d’organisation.

Les enseignants restent disponibles de 8h00 à 14h00 du lundi au vendredi. Toutes les questions seront traitées dans cette amplitude horaire. Pour toute autre communication, vous avez la possibilité d’écrire à :  decertaines.agathe@lfiduras.com

 

Pour le 2d degré :

La continuité pédagogique est uniformisée par niveau et par discipline :

  • Des temps synchrones, c’est-à-dire des rendez-vous ZOOM tous les jours conformément aux invitations envoyées par les enseignants.
  • Des temps asynchrones pour les leçons et les devoirs transmis par PRONOTE.

Un appel systématique est effectué sur PRONOTE, à chaque cours.

L’assiduité, la participation et le comportement seront évalués dans le bulletin trimestriel.

Ce dispositif est opérationnel jusqu’au 9 février 2021.

Thông tin từ ban quản lý: Các điều khoản và điều kiện chung của đào tạo từ xa

 

Kính gửi quý phụ huynh,

Nhà trường kính thông tin đến quý phụ huynh những phương thức chung trong việc dạy học từ xa mà trường thực hiện.

 

Với khối Mẫu giáo – Tiểu học :

Chương trình giảng dạy được giảng dạy theo khối lớp, theo đó bao gồm  :

  • Thời gian học trực tiếp với giáo viên qua ZOOM, hàng ngày đối với các khối lớp từ lớp 1 đến lớp 5 và 2 lần mỗi tuần đối với khối Mẫu giáo ,
  • Thời gian tự học với bài học-bài tập được gửi thông qua EDUCARTABLE hàng ngày.

 

Mỗi giáo viên sẽ gửi đến phụ huynh của lớp cách thức tổ chức của lớp mình.

Các giáo viên sẽ làm việc từ 8h00 đến 14h00 từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu ; các câu hỏi nếu có sẽ được giải đáp trong khoảng thời gian này. Phụ huynh cũng có thể viết email đến địa chỉ : decertaines.agathe@lfiduras.com cho những câu hỏi khác.

 

Đối với khối Trung học :

Chương trình được giảng dạy theo khối lớp và theo từng môn học, bao gồm:

  • Thời gian học trực tiếp với giáo viên thông qua ZOOM, theo các đường link giáo viên gửi.
  • Thời gian tự học với bài học-bài tập được gửi thông qua PRONOTE.

Trước mỗi giờ học sẽ có một thông báo nhắc được tự động gửi từ PRONOTE.

Việc tham gia đầy đủ vào các giờ học cũng như thái độ học sẽ được thể hiện trong bảng điểm của học kỳ.

 

Phương thức tổ chức này được áp dụng đến ngày 09/02/2021.

School Management Communication: General Terms and Conditions of Distance Education

Dear parents,

 

We would like to inform you of the general terms and conditions regarding the distance learning that we are setting up.

 

For the 1st degree :

The pedagogical continuity is standardized by level, namely:

  • Synchronous times, i.e. ZOOM appointments every day for classes from CP to CM2 and twice a week for kindergarten.
  • Asynchronous times, i.e. autonomous work transmitted via EDUCARTABLE, every day.

Each teacher will transmit their organization modalities to parents.

Teachers are available from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm from Monday to Friday. All questions will be dealt with within this time frame. For any other communication, you can write to:
decertaines.agathe@lfiduras.com.

 

For the 2nd degree :

The pedagogical continuity is standardized by level and discipline:

  • Synchronous times, i.e. ZOOM appointments every day according to the invitations sent by the teachers.
  • Asynchronous times for lessons and homework transmitted by PRONOTE.

A roll call is made to PRONOTE at each lesson.

Attendance, participation and behavior will be evaluated in the quarterly school report card.

This system is operational until February 9, 2021.
